Dear All,

I'm doing a bit of baking (more likely cake buying as I'm a crap baker) to help fundraise the research behind obstetric cholestasis. This is a god awful gestational liver disease which results in so many issues for mother and baby towards the end of pregnancy.

I was very lucky to have all 3 of my boys with this condition, especially with my last baby Sonny. I'm eternally grateful to Royal Surrey where I was a lot in the previous couple of months with complications. However, much research needs to still be done to help other mummies and their 'little itches' so the survival rate for many unborn babies is a lot higher than it is today. That's where this charity comes in to support other mums and hopefully find a cure / preventative.

So come over and eat cake, catch up with others to share baby stories and bring some of your pennies for the pot.
