Mark & I are really pushing our boundaries this year and have entered our first ever "sprint" triathlon.  We hesitate to use the word "sprint" but apparently that's the term used for a 400m swim, 24km bike ride and 5km run!  This is the first time we've competed in anything together (and will probably be the last if he beats me!!).  But most importantly we're doing it to raise money in memory of our beautiful niece Rachel who died in May 2010 from SUDEP (Sudden Death in Epilepsy).
