For someone that loves the outdoors, the many lockdowns and tier rules have been quite challenging. One of the things that kept me going was to keep training for something even if it was only on urban walks close to home on my daily exercise.

Therefore, this year I have signed up to the Race to the Stones. A 100km non-stop through the Ridgeway National Trail on 10^th July to raise money for Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow & Brent, the chosen charity for 2021 of my employer Insight.

Too many older people feel they have no one to turn to for support. Many feel very vulnerable. Age UK HHB provides companionship, advice and support for older people who need it most.
