Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I intend to do at least 30 minutes of exercise, be it walking, jogging or cycling each day. I will post my progress on my facebook page at times, but not every day. Any donations to this worthy cause will be much appreciated. None of us know when we or a loved one may need the care of this wonderful Hospice.
