During the COVID-19 outbreak, St John is actively supporting ambulance services, hospitals and communities to protect life and health through this worrying and uncertain period.

Story

Thanks for visiting The Charity Gym and hopefully looking to take part. 


Due to the success of the one off class that donated £370 just for a half hour class, we are going to keep doing this to support SJA. They loved it 
I have decided to put on some more sessions, all proceeds go to charity (none to me!).

Timings of the schedule this week

Monday - 6 45pm, Core Blast (35 mins)
Tues - 8am, Body strength + conditioning (45
mins)
Wed eve - 6 30pm, Yoga suitable for all levels (45 mins)
Thursday - 6 30pm, HIIT (35 mins)
Saturday - 10am, Strength + HIIT finisher (1 hour)

I am absolutely thrilled to be putting this time towards this cause and  also to be getting you guys moving. I don’t want to set a certain amount that you have to donate as I would love you to come to all the sessions (if you can). 

A donation per session is a must but what you donate is up to  you (however a min of £3 for 30 min class and £5 for 45 class)  - hope that is reasonable :)
