Hello everyone!

My name is Anna and I am currently in Yr 9 at Felsted School. I have always loved swimming and thought that it would be a great challenge to do my first open water swim for our local charity 'CHESS-homeless. I will swim a mile in at Alton Water lake in Suffolk where The Great East Swim is taking place in June. I'm quite apprehensive as I've never done anything like this before but I m now looking forward to training for it now that the pools are open again. I am very enthusiastic about supporting  this charity because it helps so many people in Essex who find  themselves homeless and without the comforts and opportunities that many of us take for granted.
