Hello everyone ! This month (March)  we will be running the Liverpool Half Marathon. You can laugh all you like, but we're putting out all the stops for this, even if it does kill us. We're  raising money for Alder Hey IMAGINE Appeal. Many of you may not have heard of this appeal, but it means a lot to me; as I feel I owe them my life. This is my way of trying to say thank you for everything the staff at Alder Hey have done for me and my family; especially the neurosciences ward.

 Your support will spur us to the finish line, even if our knees don’t!
