I am running a Half Marathon for GOSH as I have seen the benefit of what gosh can do to help peoples life when they need such specialist support and it gives people a place where they feel more 'normal' while experiencing such adversaries. I have seen this personally through close friends and wish for more people to be able to experience this. 

I also want to run for GOSH as my brother was born at 24 weeks and although he has been lucky enough to have no health complications, many families we met were needing the level of support GOSH provides and this support can be the difference between life and death for them.

I'm not a particularly strong or fast runner, having started running two months ago I have now completed a 10k and am determined to be able to finish a half marathon by September.
