In just a few weeks I’ll be running the amazing streets of Paris in the Schneider Marathon in memory of my wonderful Uncle Ken.

As Ken the photographer would say - ‘always fill the frame in life’ .. and I’ll certainly be doing this for him when I run the 26.2 miles in his memory…

The Royal Trinity Hospice believe that every moment matters, they go above and beyond to help each and every patient and their families make the most of every moment they have left.

Last year they cared for 2,500 people at the hospice and out in the community.
