The Team II "SiyaRam" II have strived every year to collect monies to fight back to bring a Child their Right for Food and Education.

Children are our Future. If they are educated , they will be able to do much more for themselves, and for the community. 

The Akshaya Patra Foundation is an organisation which makes our monies go much further. 

Through Akshaya Patra, our money not only attracts 25 per cent from UK Government. The indian government pledge is that for however amount of money that is collected for feeding children, they match the same amount. Not only does our given amount double in value, the economies of scale in the Akshaya Patra kitchen allow the money to go further, hence £10 feeds 1 child for 1 year.

Food is God. Children are God. It is a cycle. We feed children, is like feeding God. 

In 2012 we raised enough money to feed 1 school 

In 2013, we raised enough money to feed 2 school's 

In 2014, we raised enough money to feed 2 school's in which children receive a mid-day meal every day when they are at school.

In 2015, we raised enough money to feed 2 school's in which children receive a mid-day meal every day when they are at school.

Now, in 2016, building on the strength from the previous years, we hope to build the momentum, and bring more happiness and smiles to the children.
