Kenny and I are joining Louise in raising money for Rainbow Valley by doing a Fire walk on 19th August. Any sponsorship would be greatly appreciated.  This will be an empowering experience and we hope to raise lots of funds for Rainbow Valley at the same time. 

Rainbow Valley are a charity offering well being and nutritional courses for those affected by cancer, assisting them in taking control of the things they can in their lives.
