2 and a half years after my last marathon attempt I've decided to run another one.   This time in New York.   Any excuse for a holiday. This page has been set up to help me raise money for APPLE.

APPLE, which was set up in 2000, is founded on three concepts; Information, Education and Support. We are committed to raising public awareness about Prostate Cancer, thus encouraging men to seek advice early as the condition is responsive to treatment if detected soon enough. Our fundraising efforts enables us to host monthly support group meetings, fund public information events and to provide training and registration for our support group volunteers.
