Those who know me know that I have a new found love for running. It still amazes me every day that not only can I do it (slowly...) but that I enjoy it too. Having said I would be happy just to be able to run 5k, I then thought that 10k might by good but that would be my limit but then why stop there if it's something you enjoy so here I am, heading for my first half marathon. I'm taking part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon in March 2020 and I'm running for Combat Stress.

The number of veterans needing urgent support for mental health problems is rising. I chose to support Combat Stress because I join in their belief that those who have paid a high price for serving our Nation deserve our help when they’re struggling to cope.
