Anne had Motor Neurone Disease and in the four years before her death in July 2016 she was increasingly reliant on equipment to move around and to communicate.
Much of this was provided by the NHS but she had to
fund a lot of things herself. She was fortunate enough to be able to do this but lots of MND sfferers are not in this position and before she died I promised that I would try to make a difference in her name.

This fishing match isn’t about catching fish, winning a trophy and getting your name on a shield. It's about raising money for a charity that s both helping those living with MND and researching a cure.
