This will be my first half marathon for at least 10 years (if not longer)! 

I am running to raise funds for Friends of Laleham School which is my son's school's Parent Teacher Association (PTA).  Since joining the PTA earlier this year, I have been blown away by the enthusiasm and  dedication of its members to raising funds for the school.  These funds are used to purchase items for the school which would otherwise not be available to the children, such as IT equipment (including interactive touch screens), outdoor climbing equipment, additional resources for science and music lessons and the school library.  In addition, the funds are also used towards more basic needs, such as topping up the classrooms' stationary supplies, which can run low towards the end of term.  If you have a few pence or pounds to spare, please sponsor me!  Joining the PTA has shown me that it really does all add up!  Thank you in advance!
