Handelsbanken Nottingham Ropewalk branch is looking to raise money for a local charity and give back to the community. We have chosen Nottingham University Hospitals Charity for our branch "charity of the year" as the healthcare industry has faced unprecedented challenges in recent years: from several years of financial cuts and budget restraints to the pandemic. We wanted a charity that could use funds raised for good causes and help those who need it most. Our first event will be the Nottingham Robin hood half marathon on 25th September where 6 (very unlucky) Handelsbankers will participate in the run. Sally Hewes, Alex Tapper and Andesh Matharu will be participating in the half marathon and Matthew Shaw, Lydia Westley and Anne Hardwick will be participating in the 1.5 mile run.
