The Paul Sartori Foundation is a charity providing hospice care in Pembrokeshire. They provide a free service to patients living with life limiting illness, they put the patient and those that matter to them at the centre of care. Any donations, no matter now small, go towards helping this wonderful charity continue its support of thise who need it.
