As im sure most people are aware the NHS has recently had to make cuts where they can. Unfortunately for some individuals I support this means they cannot have regular weigh in's to help them manage their weight. People who cannot stand on a set of scales require specialized scales which can take their wheelchair. This equipment would not only help us to monitor weight but also help individuals see there gains or loss.

 A healthy diet is important to everyone but as a support service we have the added responsibility to ensure the individuals we support live as healthy a lifestyle as possible.

So with this in mind I am running a 10k and hopefully raise some money to start off a kitty to buy our own scales. So all the support I can get would be very much appreciated.
