Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In May I will be competing in the Snowdonia Slateman Triathlon. The event consists of a 400 m lake swim, a 20 km bike and 6 km run. In order to get ready for the event I have been training and joined the triathlon club and completed the Cancer Research Winter Run 10 k in 1 hour and 44 seconds - a good time for me! I also have another triathlon - the Good Friday Tri in Radley; the same distance but without the Welsh hills! A good way to keep up the training!

I am doing the triathlon because I want to, but also because it's a chance to raise money for a great cause - the Pilgrims hospices. They provide care and support to those who need it and helped my family when we needed it. They are a charity who need donations to keep doing what they're doing, so please donate, every little helps!
