I will be running 100 miles in February for Refuge.

Anyone that knows me knows I cannot run, so this month I am challenging myself to run 100 miles for refuge, for all the women and children that everyday have to run from horrific circumstances for their own safety. 

 On any given day, Refuge supports 6,500 women and children. Just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a Refuge with the support she needs for her first night. Every £1 makes a difference. Thank you!
