Story
This October, I’ll be walking 60 miles with my Mum to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK.
My sister Molly is currently living with bowel cancer, and supporting her through this journey over the last two years has shown our family just how important early detection is, as well as the vital role charities play in raising awareness and supporting people affected by the disease.
Earlier this year, I became a volunteer for Bowel Cancer UK and have had the opportunity to see and participate first-hand in the amazing work they do to raise awareness and help people recognise the signs and symptoms.
Bowel cancer can affect anyone, and knowing the symptoms and seeking advice early can save lives. That’s why my Mum and I are taking on 60 miles this October, to raise as much awareness and money as we can for a cause that means so much to our family.
Thank you!
