Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with blood cancer. Founded in 1974, by growing our register of stem cell donors, conducting research and supporting patients, Anthony Nolan cures blood cancer and blood disorders. But we need to do more. Without you, there is no cure.

Story

Ant and I have decided to attempt our first ever running event to raise money for Anthony Nolan.

We are doing this run with one of our best friends, Katy, who sadly lost her Mum last year. Katy's Mum Jilly had been suffering from acute lymphoblastic leukaemia and had received a stem cell transplant but sadly she died from post transplant complications. Jilly was so grateful that the charity Anthony Nolan had found her a donor who gave her the chance to live.

Like many people, both Ant and I have lost loved ones to cancer. Ant's Dad has also been diagnosed with lymphocytic leukaemia and so this charity is one that is important to us.

Neither of us are experienced nor natural runners, so this is going be quite a challenge! Any donations you can give us to support this amazing charity and remember a truly lovely lady would be very very much appreciated. Cheers - Annie and Ant :)
