Story
Twenty months ago, when I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, I couldn't walk a block without experiencing severe pain. I had tumors in eight bones that made almost any movement painful if not impossible. Today, I am pain free and confident I can walk the 26 mile marathon within the time limits set. This is all thanks to the cutting edge treatment I continue to receive at the Institute for Myeloma and Bone Cancer Research under the guidance of Dr. James Berenson. I am so grateful for the quality of life I am now living, and I ask you to help me raise funds for the essential research this institute is doing in hopes of finding a cure for this disease.
