So here I am again, running the 'diff for a 3rd and final time - but this time I am running for an incredible charity who I have seen make a huge difference in supporting the homeless in Cardiff (you can read more about them below).

I am running 13.1 miles and I just need you to sponsor me for each little mile so we can smash the target:

50p per mile = £6.55

£1 per mile = £13.10

£2 per mile = £26.20 (a marathon donation!)
