We are looking to raise vital funds for a cause close to our hearts: emergency stem cell transplants.

The coronavirus pandemic is causing anxiety and frustrations for us all. But for blood cancer patients who can't wait any longer for lifesaving stem cell donations to be delivered, we have the power to save lives in this crisis. Anthony Nolan are taking immediate action to keep donated stem cells moving; from increased health checks on donors, to battling with travel restrictions and border closings to ensure cells get to patients who desperately need them to survive. But they need to raise vital extra funds every month that the coronavirus pandemic goes on to enable this work. 

• With every £100 raised we can help pay to keep Anthony Nolan's Emergency Handover Hub at Heathrow Airport open 24 hours a day, to enable international couriers who cant go into hospitals due to quarantine rules, to handover donated stem cells to one of the UK volunteers for the final lifesaving leg. 

• £40 can add a new potential donor to the register, or
pay for extra health checks to ensure matched donors
can safely donate during the coronavirus pandemic.

• £30 pays for an hour of support from an Anthony Nolan
Nurse, helping with patients’ recovery post-transplant.

We're suggesting a donation of £10 per team take part in the quiz, which will be hosted by Louise Ashcroft, maestra of cult art-comedy performance night, Unperforming. Throughout the quiz, there will be opportunities to donate more to undertake 'art challenges' and win art works gifted by artists including Elly Thomas, James Tabbush, Diana Taylor, Andrea Gregson, Linda Persson, Silvia Lerin, Katie Lennard, Jennifer Taylor, Raquel Figueira, Kirsty Harris, Louise Ashcroft, Claire Nichols, Thomas Hylander and Emma Sheehy.
