Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the leading charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

Hey, thanks for stopping by, and sorry for asking you to do so.  I know, I know, it's boring, everyone always asking for money.  Please give me 10p for my sponsored frog knitting contest in Aberystwyth or give me a quid for every flump I can fit into my mouth at once.

We've just started training, and just 11 weeks or so to go, so it's quite the commitment, so please make it worth the hassle for us and, more importantly, for the Stroke Association, so we can build up Clares Mums memorial fund.

Come on, everyone finds it funny to watch a fat bloke run!  And Laura's face goes like a beetroot, seriously, the reddest person you'll ever see.   Laura and I have said if we both hit £400 (total £800) we will do it 3 legged.  That's gotta be worth a few quid surely?!?
