At Anterior Dental Care we are passionate about raising money for charity.

Throughout the month of November we will be climbing the 7 highest peaks in the 7 continents on our stairs at home. Ending on the 30th November with a solo 3 peak challenge by our very own Mr. Nudds.

This brings us to a grand total of 71,038 ft and 18,513 flights of stairs. 

We will be virtually climbing the following Mountains:

Mount Everest (Asia) 

Mount Kilimanjaro (Africa)

Aconcagua (South America) 

Mount McKinley (North America)  

Mount Elbrus - (Europe) 

Vinson Massif - (Antarctica) 

Puncak Jaya - (Australasia/Oceania)

And Mr Nudds will virtually be climbing Ben Nevis, Snowdon and Scafell Pike (1372 flights of stairs in a day)
