I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in
Aug 2019 and there is no cure, research is the only way forward.

Parkinson's disease is a condition that affects the brain. It causes problems like shaking and stiffness that get worse over time.             On my Consultant’s advice I rejoined York Golf Club (Strensall) to assist my mobility and mental health with regards to the prognosis. 

My fundraising activity is: "To play golf every day” whenever possible and weather permitting. Raising money for research to ultimately find a cure for PD.

I am doing this personal challenge to: Facilitate and help in the physical and mental wellbeing of the symptoms presented in my Parkinson’s Disease (PD) diagnosis, in particular my main symptom which is now a noticable tremor.
