I know you get these things all of the time nowadays, and if you have sponsored lots of people this year and can't spare anymore, I fully appreciate that. If you haven't donated much this year, any money that you could spare would go to some really good causes.

In exchange for your money, this Saturday, 10th July, I am going to step out of my comfort zone (significantly out of it) and compete in the Triforlife Triathlon. I am competing with my brother and a family friend to raise money for some really great causes; Great Ormond Street Hospital, Ray of Sunshine, Breakthrough Breast Cancer & Whizz-Kidz.

I don't know the exact rules of triathlon, but I am pretty sure I will be able to manage three pints in three pubs in the alloted time. I'm sure they will tell me the rest of the rules on the day.
