Story
Our gorgeous baby girl Cora was born on 4 December 2016. She was perfect. Just a day later we got news that no parent should ever hear. Our baby was seriously ill and, due to heart defects, needed an urgent operation. Supported by her incredible team of nurses and doctors, Cora fought hard to get ready for the operation but devastatingly at just a week old we had to say goodbye to our little angel.
We are forever grateful for the help, advice and kindness provided by the Children’s Heartbeat Trust (CHT) during Cora’s short week and, with the help of family, friends and work colleagues want to do all we can to raise funds and awareness for CHT, which is why Anthony is running in the Belfast City Marathon on 1 May 2017 with 4 of his oldest and closest friends; Gerard Duddy, Conal Murphy, Brendan Grant and Stephen Shaw. Please support this worthwhile cause. The money raised will help CHT support children with heart disease and their families in Northern Ireland.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story.
