Story
Myself, Charlie Grossman and Mikey Ettlinger will be embarking on an Olympic Triathlon in Lisbon this May. The 'Olympic distance' entails a 1.5km Swim, a 45 km Cycle and a 10.5km run - back to back to back.
The charity we have chosen to support is iheart, an organisation that does fantastic work up and down the country - arming children with the innate mental tools to deal with the challenging nature of life. We have seen the positive effect these simple methods have had on loved ones in our circles, and we want to help the charity gain more access to schools and transform more lives.
We'd like to thank you for your generosity in advance, and we will be thinking of you during this challenging endeavour!

Our children and young people need support now, more than ever, and resilience education is essential to help deal with life. iheart is a small but fast-growing charity which supports children and young people, parents, schools and teachers by providing accredited and proven specialised courses and programmes on mental health education, resilience and wellbeing. We have no government funding and need your help to raise over £500,000 every year to reach more children and young people.
