Edit: I finished the race in 1:50:17 - apparently some bloke called Mo beat me by a marginal 50 minutes :P
Any contribution welcome, cheers!
I’ve travelled around the world for a long time now and I’ve been blessed enough to tick a huge chunk of my personal bucket list items after an aggressive attempt to live life as much to the fullest since 2011.
Most people don’t have that luxury and even worse are either born with, or develop, serious life-threatening, painful conditions, which seriously lowers not just life expectancy – but also quality of life.
Make-A-Wish Foundation was founded in 1980 and ever since then they have been making young people’s wishes come true, creating happy memories for them and their families to treasure forever.
I can’t wax lyrical any more about this charity, the proof really is in the pudding! Please consider sparing even just a few quid to sponsor me for the World's largest half marathon on September 9th and help make wishes come true for those who need it the most.
P.S. As I'm notorious for putting unnecessary pressure on myself in the form of a clock, I aim to run this under 2 hours.
Thanks :)
Anthony
