All Around My Hat

Around my red hat on all my 'runs' are the names Jude, Digby, Mandy, Charles and Elizabeth.  The oldest of the five reached 57

2023 was my 9th year of running for charity (1 for Cancer Research UK & I donated to Macmillan and 8 for MacMillan Cancer Support) and in memory of these fine people. I've now run 24 half marathons and 4 marathons

My last marathon was on October 16th 2022 (see photo) at the Yorkshire marathon which completed a 70th Year challenge of 70 x 7 miles+ runs, 2  x Great North Runs (half marathons) and a marathon

2024 will see me run my 10th consecutive Great North Run and also gain donations to Macmillan from performing my one-man "Be More Happipreneur" Show based on the 5* rated.

APRIL 2025 I WILL ATTEMPT MY 5TH AND FINAL MARATHON - THE LONDON MARATHON - FOR MACMILLAN IN MEMORY OF JUDE, DIGBY, CHARLES, MANDY AND ELIZABETH.

The 2024 GNR and the London Marathon will have a Soculitherz Incredible Choco-Wine (SIC) Diet theme. At each mile point I'll be given wine and chocolate by the amazing Yorkshire in Business team.

I've kept the target rolling onwards and upwards so that you can see how much you've already achieved. We did it in 2023 and we'll do it again in 2024 and 2025. THANK YOU
