13 Bridges Walk
Campaign by SSAFA (RCN 210760)
The 13 Bridges Walk is a relaxed walk that follows a route across thirteen bridges in London. Starting at Eel Brook Common and ending at HMS President in Docklands the 13 Bridges walk stretches across 10 miles of London architecture.

Story

As an ex-serviceman, I have always been aware of the excellent work SSAFA does not just for serving personnel but veterans, reserves and their families too.

SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, has been providing lifelong support in this context since 1885. Every year its staff and team of volunteers help more than 73,000 people, from Second World War veterans to young men and women who have served in more recent conflicts. SSAFA  wants our Armed Forces (both Regular and Reserves), veterans and their families to know they can depend on SSAFA for support now and for the rest of their lives. its values mean they are committed, practical and understanding. Its mission focuses on relieving need, suffering and distress amongst Armed Forces, veterans and their families in order to support their independence and dignity.  SSAFA are determined to be there for everyone who needs its help but it can only do so with the support of the public.

Your support and generous gifts will help SSAFA to make a huge difference in the lives of those in need.

Thank you for supporting SSAFA.
