Father and Daughter, Anthony and Olivia are training to take part in the 151 mile ‘Cycle with the Champions’ event. This is to be our first long distance cycle ride together, commencing on Friday 18th October. 

This challenging journey will see us begin in the truffle centre of Italy, undulating through stunning landscapes and strenuous climbs before finally reaching the finish line in Monaco. 

We are raising funds for Caudwell Children, a charity very close to the hearts of us and our own family. They provide family support services, equipment, treatment and therapies for disabled children and their families across the UK. They also run an Enable Sport programme for talented disabled athletes and have recently opened ‘The Caudwell International Children's Centre’. This is the UK’s first independent purpose-built centre, dedicated to multidisciplinary autism diagnosis, support and research.

The charity’s management and running costs are covered by a kind benefactor, meaning every donation you make will go directly to the children they help.

£1,000 will pay for a specialist therapy tricycle for a disabled child

£2,000 will pay for 1 year of physiotherapy for a child who is learning to walk for the first time

£5,000 will pay for a individual diagnosis & early intervention programme for one child with autism

£20,000 will pay for a multi-purpose, sit to stand powered wheelchair
giving a child freedom & independence

£25,000 will pay for Practical support for 1 year for 25 families facing the stress of their child’s operation
