Story
I am taking part in Tearfund’s Challenge 24 on behalf of the 24 million people in Yemen in need of humanitarian need. My 24 challenge will involve me baking 24 small cakes 4 inches wide by 2 1/2 deep, biscuits and scones/muffins/buns.
4inch cakes: lemon syrup cake, Victoria sandwich x2, white truffle cheesecake x2, fruit cake & chocolate fudge gateau x2.
Biscuits (10 per batch): millionaire shortbread, shortbread, brownies (yes I know it's not a biscuit but couldn't miss it), ginger biscuits, Christmas biscuits, orange horns, oaty biscuits & choc chip biscuits.
Scones/muffins/buns (10 per batch): plain scones, fruit scones x2, blueberry muffins, double chocolate muffins, Chelsea buns, double chocolate swirls, & cinnamon swirls.
