Having completed my 2 first ever marathons in 3:45:08 and 3:44:07, I am looking forward the next challenge of running Munich Marathon and trekking 11 days straight to Mount Everest Base Camp, 5,164m above sea level, in order to raise money for The Children’s Society.

I would be hugely grateful if you could support my efforts by donating to the Children's Society, a charity whose vision is a country where children are free from disadvantage. 

The Children’s Society is committed to helping children who have been abused emotionally, physically and sexually and continues to support hundreds of thousands of children and young people, enabling them to thrive and lead better lives as adults. 

To fight against the hardship, neglect and abuse that these children face, The Children’s Society is providing support for young runaways and victims of sexual exploitation, speaks out for unaccompanied asylum-seekers and victims of trafficking, and provides life-changing counselling for teenagers struggling with mental and emotional health issues and at risk of self-harm.
