Story

So I only go and get a place in the 2019 London Marathon. This will be a big challenge for me, but to be honest I need something to drive me because I myself have been pretty low recently too and sport /exercise has always been my saviour..!

That got me thinking which charity to help and what (amongst many issues) needs highlighting and supporting in the UK.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

That's averaging out at one suicide every 2 hrs or 84 per week or 4,368 precious, young lives per year.....That's shocking & shameful isn't it?

Help us save more men's lives.

Please spare whatever cash you can to drive me on and support a fantastic charity.

Cheers,

Ant.
