European Transplant & Dialysis Sports C'ships · 2 August 2020 to 9 August 2020 ·

We are raising funds to support as many people as possible to be a part of the Ireland team that will be taking part in the European Transplant & Dialysis sports Championships which will be hosted by the Irish kidney Association in Dublin in August.

Story

Transplant Team Ireland is an extended family that brings together people who have a shared passion for sport and a shared experience of living with organ failure. It is a wonderfully positive way of offering a peer support network to a broad range of people form across the country. The irish Kidney Association is hosting this year's European Transplant & Dialysis sports Championships in Dublin (August 2nd-9th; www.etdsc2020.com ) and one of our motivations is so that we can open the experience to the widest possible audience in the dialysis and transplant community (kidney, liver, lungs, heart, pancreas and bone marrow) in Ireland and in so doing bring more people on a positive life journey that involves regular physical activity at the level that each individual wishes to achieve. Your support will help us open the opportunity for us to have our biggest ever team which will not only enhance the lives of the participants, it will also help promote organ donation.
