The Jack & Jill Children's Foundation funds and provides in-home nursing care for children with highly complex medical conditions up to the age of six. They also provide end of life care for children under 6, regardless of their diagnosis.

To date, in March 2021, Jack & Jill supports 374 families across every community in Ireland.Jack & Jill's critical, front line service has kept going through Covid, with 65% of families (Dec20) still in receipt of in-home visits, and the rest receiving support over the phone. Jack & Jill has to keep going, just like the families they support. With so much respite cancelled at local community level, families depend on Jack & Jill now more than ever.Your support is very much appreciated by our families nationwide.
