Hi, my name is Betsy, I am 8 years old. 

My best friends, Eva, Mila, Matilda, Ivy, Sophie and I ( plus our brothers and sisters) are taking part in the Lindsey Lodge Hospice Kids Summer Challenge. 

My Granny passed away at Lindsey Lodge when I was 4 years old. I remember visiting her and everyone being so kind to me and my family. I thought it would be a nice idea to get my friends involved in helping to give back to such a wonderful place who helped care for my lovely Granny Val. 

We are going to take part in a 5 mile walk on Sunday 21st August around our village of Crowle and Ealand- dressed up in our best fancy dress clothes. 

We are only little, so 5 miles is a long way for our young legs.
