Runners unite! Let’s all join together to show our support for the amazing people fighting on the frontline of the NHS.

My idea is that we could all set ourselves a challenge of either 25 or 50km this April. Obviously Lockdown rules apply with only 1 social distancing run per day. Then ask your friends to support you in your challenge to raise money for the NHS.

My suggestion is that as money is tight for a lot of people at the moment then we only ask for 

£1 if you are doing the 25km and 

£2 of you are doing the 50km and if people feel more generous then great!

But let’s get this as far as possible so that we can gain as much support as possible for these amazing people!
