To all of you who read this will know that I am not a very experienced runner and that a 10k is a massive challenge for me.I have been meaning to do this for quite a while but kept finding excuses not to.

I have a few people very close to me that have had issues with heart problems and suffered heart attacks and would like to in a way suffer their pain with them. Please help me raise money for a better future with heart disease.

On my birthday I will be running for my Dad, Grandad Dell and Siobhan A.
