Every year at Ardent we support our local Citizen Advice Bureau as we are great believers of giving something back.  We will continue with our support to Citizen Advice, but we will be doing some additional charity work this year because at the end of last year a member of our team, Donna Skidmore received devasting news which changed her life overnight, as she was diagnosed with leukaemia.

Donna is currently receiving various chemotherapy and is waiting for a stem cell donor so she can receive a stem cell transplant later this year.

The team wanted to do something, and Chris Tordoff put together a hike in the Lakes for us to do, and we are now hoping to raise £2500 of vital funds for Leukaemia UK which was chosen by Donna as the work they do is vital for research into better treatment and the care of patients.

So…the whole team will be heading to the Lake District on the 3^{rd of} September to complete a 13.1 mile hike, and we would so appreciate
