This year, along with a few friends, I will be taking part in Ride London 2022. This consists of cycling 100 miles through London and Essex and we'll be fundraising for Marie Curie who do an amazing job providing care and support for people living with any terminal illness across the UK.  The nurses work night and day in peoples homes and their hospices offer specialist care - more details can be found on their website.
