Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have decided to 'Go Sober for October' because my liver, waistline and mind could really do with a break from alcohol for a while, and I want to raise some money for an extremely deserving charity which is very close to my heart, Integrating Children.

Integrating Children supports children with a range of disabilities and learning difficulties aged 6 to 18, and are currently seeking funding to develop their work with disabled adults to the age of 25.

The volunteers and support workers at Integrating Children work tirelessly all year round, providing up to 10,000 activity hours each year during term time and school holidays. 

By involving children with disabilities in mainstream activities, Integrating Children can help them build key life skills such as; confidence, friendships and being able to interact with others.

Every penny raised will help this amazing charity to grow so that more children and hopefully adults as well can benefit, so please please donate! 

Starting today, I'll be going sober until the 1st November...wish me luck!
