We're marking Clean Air Day by leaving their cars at home and walking from Jeremy's house in Alcester to the SSP Solihull office, which is a distance of 23 miles.

We'll be setting off at midnight and are aiming to complete the walk within 8 hours. Just in time to start work!

And we thought it might be a great idea to raise money at the same time, so we're supporting ARCOS. They are an amazing charity in Malvern, Worcestershire, who are supporting Arran's wife, Emma, in her recovery from a stroke.
