Amgen Cycling Club Breakaway from Cancer ATOC Ride May 17th 2017 · 3 April 2017

The mission of the Prevent Cancer Foundation is saving lives across all populations through cancer prevention and early detection

Story

Lots of my friends and family have been impacted by Cancer. This is my way of displaying my solidarity to those with ongoing battles and my respect for those who ultimately lost their battles!

I will join my fellow Amgen Cycling Club team mates as we ride the 100.3 mile official Amgen Tour of California Stage 4 route from Santa Barbara to Santa Clarita on May 17th 2017. The route includes 4 King of the Mountain (KOM) graded climbs including two summits in Casitas pass, Ojai Santa Paula Rd and the imposing Balcom Canyon Rd for a total elevation gain of 7,700 feet of climbing.

A tough day in the saddle for a very worthy cause! Please donate!!
