Aberdour Refugee Resettlement and Support (ARRAS) is working with Reset and Citizens UK on a community sponsorship initiative in Aberdour, Fife.

Through the UK Home Office Community Sponsorship scheme we aim to provide a home for a refugee family in Aberdour and to give them the support they need to establish a life here. 

In order to qualify for the scheme, we need to raise at least £9,000 and we expect more will be needed given the living costs in the area.  Every donation helps us to make this goal a reality.  Citizens UK are our 'lead sponsor' which means they provide legal backing and lots of support for our initiative.  They also help us to manage our funds, and ensure eligibility for Gift Aid.
