Arrowe Park Neonatal unit, a level 3 intensive care unit, is qualified to provide specialised care for extremely sick or premature babies from around 23 weeks of pregnancy. IncuBabies is the name of our charity which has been set up to fundraise for a new extension of our intensive care unit.

Story

We are a team of 5 dedicated Neonatal Intensive Care Nurses, who have decided to run the Liverpool Rock and Roll Half Marathon to raise vital funds for our Unit.

We work on a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit- one of only 2 in Cheshire and Merseyside. This means we are able to care for some of the most poorly babies. We have 24 cots that enable us to provide specialist care for babies from around 24 weeks of pregnancy, and poorly babies born at term.

IncuBabies is a charity set up to fundraise for our unit. It aims to improve the care provided to our babies, through specialist equipment, training and improving the ward environment.  https://www.incubabies.co.uk/
